Cancellation Policy

Voicework Package Policy – The UnDiva Your Package: Your package is a journey into your voice as a tool of self-expression, authenticity, and embodiment. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your natural vocal power, release what’s holding you back, and explore your unique presence. Session Details: Each session is 60 minutes. Sessions take place online at Riverside. For best results, we recommend spacing your sessions a maximum of two weeks apart to maintain momentum and integration. Package sessions must be used within the same number of months as sessions purchased: 3 sessions within 3 months, 6 sessions within 6 months, and 12 sessions within 12 months. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Getting the Most from Your Sessions: To fully engage with the work, please: Have a stable internet connection. Make sure you have enough space to move around freely. Wear clothes that feel comfortable and let you move. If you’re using a microphone, turn down the volume and keep your background clear so we can focus on your voice. Booking & Flexibility: Life happens—if you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice will be considered used. Investment & Payment: Full payment is required before your first session to secure your spot. Packages are non-refundable once your session(s) is/are scheduled. Your Participation: Come ready to move, breathe, and explore. Voicework is most transformative when approached with curiosity and openness. Integrating the exercises between sessions is encouraged to fully embody your growth. Confidentiality & Safety: Everything shared in sessions stays confidential. Voicework is a personal growth and embodiment practice; it is not a replacement for medical or mental health care.
