Financial Accessibility Policies
Money is part of the exchange that makes this work possible. I want to be transparent about it because I know money can feel like pressure, shame, or exclusion. My goal is clarity and trust—so finances never feel like a barrier or hidden trap.

These policies reflect the same values that guide all my work: accessibility, transparency, and choice—not extraction. I don’t believe in scarcity-driven systems or manipulative tactics. Instead, I aim for practices that are fair, supportive, and reciprocal—for both you and me.

Here you’ll find details on pricing, payment options, and cancellations. This isn’t just “fine print,” but an extension of my commitment to integrity and sustainability.
Pricing Philosophy
My pricing reflects my commitment to accessibility and fairness. I set rates that honour the time, energy, and emotional labor it takes to offer this work while keeping offerings reachable for as many people as possible.
Accessibility Options
I want this work to be available to people with different financial circumstances. Sliding scale options, scholarships, or alternative payment arrangements may be available for those who need them.

Accessibility also means honoring the season you’re in. Many women will deeply relate to perimenopause or other life transitions, and by being open about it, I aim to build trust and connection. My work is about reclaiming voice and power — and part of that means honoring the changes our bodies bring. That’s why my offerings are designed to be accessible and flexible — for both me and for you.
Please reach out if you need accommodations—I’ll do my best to find a solution that works for both of us.
Payment Guidelines
I accept payments via credit card or PayPal. Payment is required upfront. You’ll receive clear invoices or receipts for your records. If you need to arrange a payment plan, just ask—transparency and flexibility are part of my process.
Cancellations/Refunds
If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. Refunds or partial credits may be offered on a case by case basis. My goal is to be fair and respectful of both your time and mine while keeping things flexible.
Reciprocal Exchange
This work is a mutual exchange of time, energy, and value. For me, honoring that exchange is part of reclaiming the worth of what has often been dismissed as “women’s work.” Emotional labour, care, and presence have long been invisibilized or expected for free, yet they are real work that require energy, skill, and deep commitment.

After years of unconsciously overextending myself, I now choose to include myself in the equation. These policies reflect not only a desire to support my clients, but also a commitment to honoring my own labour as worthy of respect and fair compensation.
