Service Description

The Women’s Circles—also known as The League of Unruly Ladies—are a space for women to come together, break free from the constraints of the patriarchal systems that seek to control and limit us, and embrace our power, our voices, and our truth. These circles are about radical self-empowerment, collective healing, and a deep dive into the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of our lives that often go unacknowledged in mainstream society. Here, you’ll find an environment where we can: Break down societal norms: We challenge the cultural expectations placed on women, whether it’s in the form of perfectionism, submission, or silence. This is a place for us to be unapologetically ourselves. Tap into inner wisdom: Each woman brings her own unique experiences and insights, and together, we listen, share, and grow. It's about creating space for introspection and expression, to feel deeply and honestly. Support and accountability: We are here to hold space for each other, share in our triumphs, offer support during our struggles, and offer constructive feedback when necessary. There’s power in community, and these circles offer that. Find radical healing: Together, we explore the power of our voices, our bodies, and our minds, understanding that personal growth is inherently tied to societal change. By doing this work within our circles, we better equip ourselves to move out into the world with confidence and purpose. Play and experiment: We embrace a playful and exploratory approach to self-expression. Whether that means diving into voicework, breathwork, or raw, unfiltered conversations, we don’t shy away from discomfort—we lean into it, knowing it’s where transformation happens. In essence, these circles are a sanctuary of liberation, where we reclaim our power and step into our full selves, together. It’s about doing the work—inside and out. No judgment, no perfection, just women in community, embracing the full spectrum of what it means to be unapologetically us.

With deep respect and gratitude, I acknowledge that the land on which I work and live is Treaty Six Land; traditional territories of the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit people including the Nehiyaw, Denesųłıné, Siksikaitsitapi, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Métis Otipemisiwak and Esikisimu Nunangat. My deepest gratitude and respect is extended to the original caretakers of these lands and it is part of my mission through my work to help settlers who have forgotten their place in the web of life to situate themselves appropriately so they can be in right relation with the world. I am consciously and continually striving to learn how to best share my gifts in service to all creation.
