On vacation one summer in Jasper, we drove up to the lake to catch the sunset. The mountains were quiet, the sky painted in soft pastels, and the water calm.  Before I took this photo, I had waded into the shallow water, feeling its coolness on my legs. The stillness, the peace, the beauty of it all moved through my entire being.
