The UnDiva is a platform for gifted, intense and creative souls to engage in radical self-discovery, reclaim their voices, and through their authenticity, make change in our world. Rediscover your true self and reclaim your place in the web of life through nature photography, introspective writing, and radical voicework.
About Me
My Vision
My big vision is to help people understand who they are at their most fundamental level and therefore understand their place in the web of life.
I believe that many of us have allowed ourselves to be narrowly defined by our capitalist-patriarchal-white supremacist-heteronormative-consumerist culture, and that the more truthful we are with ourselves about who we are, the easier it will be to take our proper place in the world. To live authentically, with purpose and in right relation with everyone and everything around us first requires us to know who we are.
This work of self understanding is the exploration of a series of relationships. Relationship to our inner landscape, relationship to our outer landscape, and relationship to all other life on this planet. That is why I believe that all three modalities of exploration that I practice are so vital.
Singing helps us to understand ourselves intimately, to understand the relationship between body, mind and spirit. It’s very much an embodied and experiential practice. Writing is understanding the self through the mind, and nature photography helps to situate us in relation to place - to the land that we inhabit.
Once we can understand ourselves and our place in this beautiful world, we can work at being in right relation with it and watch the ripples make their impacts.
Projects
These sessions connect the physical, spiritual, and political dimensions of voice. We explore how breath, sound, and resonance can break through internalized barriers and tap into deeper wells of power. By reclaiming voice as both a spiritual practice and a political instrument, we develop tools for speaking truth, stepping into our sovereignty, and creating change - all while honoring the sacred nature of this work.
These circles are for women ready to dive into unflinching conversations about power, privilege, and resistance. We share space with others who recognize that their personal story is shaped by larger social forces, and who are committed to understanding how their individual healing connects to collective liberation. Together, we explore the complex ways patriarchy shapes our voices and our silence, while developing practical tools for both personal and systemic change.
